Laidlaw Education provides a wide range of comprehensive education
programmes in our purpose-built classrooms at Dukes Meadows.

We are proud of our full and part-time Daytime Education and our Specialist provision at Laidlaw Hall, for children with specific education needs such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia. We also provide after school and Saturday lessons, as well as an extensive program of holiday lessons and courses.

Situated in the purpose-built education rooms at Dukes Meadows, each child follows a tailor-made programme depending on their requirements.

With more than 30 years of experience, our exceptionally dedicated and nurturing teaching team have served the needs of thousands of pupils. We have created a comprehensive daytime education programme for all ages and offer a wide range of subjects, up to GCSE and A-level.

We teach students who dovetail sporting commitments with their education, such as elite tennis players and other athletes. We also welcome other students who would enjoy learning in our setting, either in co-ordination with their school or home-learning or as one of our limited number of full-time students.

Laidlaw Hall, also based at Dukes Meadows, offers flexible, specialist educational support for pupils experiencing difficulty at school. If your child has a formal diagnosis of dyslexia, dyspraxia or dyscalculia, or is simply struggling to keep up with their peers, we can help. Our qualified, experienced staff will carry out diagnostic and if necessary, standardised assessments to establish particular areas of difficulty. We will then create a unique programme, tailor-made to meet the precise needs of your child and delivered in the optimum way for them to learn. All teaching and learning objectives will be agreed only after full consultation with the student, his or her school and parents.
