Dukes Meadows offers a well-equipped gym and on hand personal trainers to develop your fitness and training.
We have a well appointed gym with running and biking machines as well as free weights. Ask reception about personal trainers today!

During the following times our gym facilities may be restricted for our tennis academy to use:
Monday – Friday 10am-11pm, 11:30pm-12:30pm
Monday – Friday 2pm-3pm (Excluding Wednesday)
Our gym training facilities cover all of the core equipment required for strength and aerobic/anaerobic training including: treadmills, ergonomic bicycles, cable crossover, chin up bars, free-weights, swiss balls, Bosu ball, strength bands, punching bag, boxing gloves and skipping ropes!
