Drop in sessions, no membership
Tuesday & Saturday 10am – 11am
A total body workout working on muscular endurance and strength. Circuits is a high intensity group class offering multiple exercise stations targeting all muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Saturday 11am – 12pm
Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and gluts. This group class offers a chance to focus on your lower body using a combination of free weights and body weight routines. Suitable for all fitness levels
Saturday 12pm – 1pm
Build lean muscle, burn fat and sculpt your body with this intense 45 minute group class. Focusing on all muscle groups this bootcamp style class features a combination of HIIT cardio endurance, kickboxing and muscle building exercises.
Tuesday – 4th, 11th and 25th
