Job Title: Golf Coach
Reporting To: Operation 36 Program Director
Job Type: Self-Employed
Pay: £20-34 per hour dependent on experience. Coaches can expect to earn £13-24k from Set Hours (this excludes Unlimited Hours and Other Golf Program hours.)

Junior Golf Program
Set Hours – 6 to 14 hours per week during school term time (M, W, Sa, Su)
15 to 30 hours per week during half-terms and school summer holidays (M-F)
Unlimited Hours – Coaches will be required to manage their online diaries and booking availability for Junior Program 1:1 lessons, competition days and events.
Other Golf Programs
Operation 36 individual and group programs, competition days and events will be scheduled throughout the year. Coaches will be required to work a minimum amount of hours as agreed with the Program Director.

About Dukes Meadows Golf, Tennis & Ski
Dukes Meadows Golf, Tennis & Ski is a beautiful pay to play sports facility located along the River Thames in Chiswick, West London. Our golf facilities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, a 60 bay floodlit driving range, academy 5 hole course, short game area, club fitting and video bay, and golf pro shop.
This is an exciting time to join the Golf department at Dukes Meadows Golf, Tennis & Ski. We are a newly licensed Operation 36 golf facility, on a mission to re-imagine what golf programs we offer, and redefine how we deliver them. With the combination of the Operation 36 Long-Term Golf Development Model and a dedicated 6-person coaching team, our goal is to provide world class golf programs that change the way our students are taught, and grow the game at our facility and beyond.
The Operation 36 coaching team will be responsible for delivering the Dukes Meadows Junior Golf Program which caters for over 200 students per week throughout the school year calendar. Additionally, coaches will deliver individual and group programs, 1:1 lessons, competitions and events.
About the Role
We are seeking individuals who are ready to embrace the delivery of the Operation 36 Long-Term Development Model and curriculum and, make a significant contribution to the growth and development of Operation 36 Golf Programs within Dukes Meadows Golf.
Coaches will posses an in-depth understanding of the game of golf and an eagerness to continue to develop themselves as coaches and players. They will bring their own unique and valuable skill-sets to every coaching session to develop and improve students as well as their fellow coaches.
Coaches will have experience working as part of a team, and knowledge and understanding of delivering long-term athletic development models and curriculum for children and/or beginners would be advantageous. Understanding and awareness of creating a safe environment and adhering to agreed codes of conduct is non-negotiable.
Successful candidates will be conscientious with excellent communication, planning and organisation, influencing and team work skills. Individuals with a passion for coaching, the ambition to continue learning and developing, and the ability to problem-solve and be creative are desired.
